Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to our clients, primarily US companies. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client calendars and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication.
  • Organize and maintain emails, files, and events, utilizing strong administrative skills.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, fostering positive client and vendor relationships.
  • Build, update, and manage client CRMs (Customer Relationship Management systems) with accuracy and efficiency (data entry included).
  • Analyze and summarize information from various sources (blog posts, newsletters, etc.) and offer insightful recommendations.
  • Create clear and concise presentations and spreadsheets to support client needs.
  • Manage and update social media accounts, assisting with basic digital marketing tasks.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum availability of Monday-Friday during business hours (8 AM – 9 PM Eastern Time) with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week (or 25-30 hours/week).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with proven experience in customer service or administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Customer-centric with a strong focus on detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
