We are looking for an innovative Junior Logistics Associate to join our team and grow along with us. The day-to-day consists of addressing customer service issues, helping make sure all our deliveries get to their destination smoothly and speaking directly with both our drivers and our partners. This role can either be full-time or contractor for 40 hours per week, depending on your preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and resolve to customer service issues within 24 hours
  • Dispatch orders to our fleets and drivers
  • Troubleshoot issues with drivers
  • Communicate with merchants on issues regarding their orders
  • Admin duties related to partner management
  • Respond to all incoming messages from Zendesk
  • Answer phone calls
  • Log any incidents in call/incident log

Requirements:

  • English professional proficiency required
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Weekend availability
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to work in high pressure/intensity environment
  • Team player

Work Hours and Benefits: This is a 40 hour per week, full time role. Hailify’s logistics associates work either one of two shifts:

  • (Night) 1st shift is from 5:30pm-1:30am IST (8am-4pm EST)
  • (Overnight) 2nd shift is from 10:30pm-6:30am IST (1pm-9pm EST)

We have a team and office in Ahmedabad where you can also work out of, should that option be available to you.

  • 247-340 INR per hour ($3 – $4.50) (commensurate with experience)
