About the Role:

Chatdesk Experts are freelance customer support agents who help e-commerce companies provide the best customer support across social media, email, SMS, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Representation of our client brands on social media would be undertaken in a friendly manner.
  • Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and social media would be provided.
  • Engaging interactions that leave a positive customer impression would be crafted.
  • Customer concerns would be resolved professionally and efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:
