Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate online Math/Science teacher to join our team. As an Online Teacher, you will be responsible for helping students strengthen their understanding of Maths/Science subjects by conducting online classes, clarifying doubts, and creating a positive learning environment for our students in grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform.

Responsibilities:

• Help students strengthen their understanding of Maths/Science subjects
• Conduct online classes
• Clarify doubts
• Create a positive learning environment for students
• Provide error-free step-by-step solutions to the questions raised by the students

Qualifications:

• Passion for teaching and creating an impact in the field of education
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10
• Impeccable communication skills (English) – verbal and written camera-facing skills
• Ability to teach in English & one regional language (Telugu/Tamil/Marathi/Kannada)
• Ability to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications
• Self-driven quick learner and shows adaptability to new concepts and tools
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Ability to make learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities

Compensation:

25K fixed Additional monthly incentives up to ₹3000 based on performance
