About the Role:
Chatdesk Experts are freelance customer support agents who help e-commerce companies provide the best customer support across social media, email, SMS, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Representation of our client brands on social media would be undertaken in a friendly manner.
- Timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and social media would be provided.
- Engaging interactions that leave a positive customer impression would be crafted.
- Customer concerns would be resolved professionally and efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:
