Job Description
Tasks include :
Diagnose and solve the customer’s problems Communicate effectively via email and live chat with our customers Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture
What we’re looking for:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali Strong problem-solving skills and a tech-savvy (frequently using social media is a plus) Good knowledge of G-suites and basic troubleshooting skills Team player and continuous learner Have a laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum specs: 8 GB RAM, SSD is preferable) Flexible working hours (including weekends and public holidays)
